Located on a popular surf break, lounge comfortably on the spacious balcony and listen to the waves while watching surfers, rainbows and sunsets.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This unit is located on the second floor and features a private entrance with parking available. NO A/C AVAILABLE<br /><br />It has 3 bedrooms, but 4 beds in total, and 3 bathrooms. The setup includes 3 Queen beds and 1 Twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Note: One of the Queen beds is in the living room area, not in a separate bedroom (please refer to the photos for clarity). Mahalo.<br /><br />The property is situated right on the beach, and you can access it by simply walking out the front door and down the steps.<br /><br />Parking: We offer parking on a first-come, first-served basis, as there are other units on the property. If parking directly in front of the house is unavailable, free street parking is conveniently located just 200 meters away. Please note that oversized vehicles, including those with long truck beds, are not permitted to park in front of the home, as they take up more than one spot and may obstruct the street.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You’ll have exclusive access to the entire second floor and the adjoining balcony. The owner lives part-time on the ground level and is available to offer recommendations on top snorkeling locations and great places to eat, or swimming conditions should you need any guidance.<br /><br />The rooftop (third floor) is off-limits to guests, and the spiral staircase is not for guest use. The owner sometimes uses the rooftop tent for stargazing in the evenings.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note that you’ll be staying in a private unit within a home, not a hotel setting.<br /><br />Keep in mind that you're in the Hawaiian countryside, where animals are a natural part of the environment. You may encounter ants, roosters, geckos, and lizards.
