Enjoy your stay at our newly renovated guest space in the Outer Sunset. It has unbeatable access to nature and the city. It is 2.5 blocks from the beach, the new sunset dunes park, and 2.5 blocks from Taraval St, which has a great selection of food, bars, and coffee. It's a quick walk to Noriega St., Judah St., and Golden Gate Park. Bus lines and the Muni are nearby for easy access to downtown. It's an easy uber downtown or to SFO. The area is one of the safest and cleanest in all of the city.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />- Comfortable king size mattress (memory foam). <br />- FREE: Wine, Coffee (nespresso), streaming services (Max, prime, apple TV, etc.), free and easy parking.<br />- Only 2.5 blocks from Ocean Beach.<br />- Unit has a kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom (shower stall/no tub), living room and 50' plasma TV (with most streaming services). <br />- The living room couch is a pull out queen-sized bed (brand new and very comfortable). <br />- Fridge, microwave, air fryer, dish washer, kitchen supplies for cooking, etc (no full oven).<br />- Laundry is available in the garage (shared). <br />- Free street parking (just take note of street cleaning days).<br />- Short drive from SFO airport (Uber is usually around $35). <br />- Abundant cafe and restaurant options in walking distance or 5 min drive.<br />- 1.1 miles from Golden Gate park. <br />- About 15-20 min to downtown and various SF landmarks by car ($20-25 avg ride to downtown).<br /><br />*Please let us know how many guests will be coming and if you plan on bringing a pet - sorry unless we confirm separately, dogs only (cat allergy)*<br /><br />Please note: While the space has private living quarters, we live upstairs, and also have an office/storage area with a shared wall that we use infrequently. Even though it has been renovated, you might hear sounds of daily activities from our family and dog upstairs (walking, running water from the shower, garage door opening, etc.).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will have private access to the downstairs unit.
