Please call on me for anything you need. The host is an introvert and we may bump into each other at the front door, but otherwise I'll probably be in my quarters downstairs and you can enjoy the upstairs<br /><br />You'll enjoy big rooms, high ceilings, and wide halls...you'll find it light and airy, not cramped like some SF homes...everyone will enjoy plenty of space. Every part of the building has been recently updated. It's always cleaned to the highest standard. <br /><br />Includes 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 modern bathrooms, full kitchen, huge living/dining area, sky deck, and garden patio with hot tub. <br /><br />When you arrive here, you can let your worries go. You’ll have everything you need. Bath soap, towels and much more for the bathrooms and kitchen are provided. <br /><br />Get comfortable in the quality furniture. Then head out to relax in the sunny, airy living room, with high ceilings, fireplace, TV, lots of seating, and outdoor deck. <br /><br />Please note:<br />By making a reservation, you are agreeing to be a good neighbor. Your host lives onsite, and is available to help with anything.<br /><br />HOUSE RULES<br />- Check-in: after 4:00 PM<br />- Checkout: before 11:00 AM<br />- Self check-in with keypad<br />- No smoking<br />- No pets<br />- No parties or events<br />- Read the house manual after you reserve to ensure you'll be happy here.<br />- No noise that's loud enough to disturb the neighbors at anytime. <br />- On all Airbnb profiles provide a clear face picture and legal name as it appears on ID.<br />- Provide your guests' full names.<br />- 4 people max; no additional people on the property without written permission at any time.<br />- Clean up after yourself. Put all trash into a container. Separate recyclables, trash, and compost. Do your dishes. <br />- Bring slippers or tennis shoes, no hard soled shoes or leaving scuff marks on the hardwood floors.<br />- No commercial use, firearms, or obvious intoxication.<br />- Fees may be applied for damage or unusual cleaning at the discretion of the host.<br /><br />OTHER THINGS TO NOTE<br /><br />YOUR HOST LIVES DOWNSTAIRS<br />I use the front door and you will be sharing the house with me (Lance). But I will spend most of my time in my quarters and let you enjoy the upstairs. Knock if you need anything.<br /><br />PARKING<br />-There's almost always street parking right outside, but if you're having trouble parking nearby call me night or day and I'll help you get a spot nearby. <br />- Mind no parking on this side of the street 12-3pm Wednesday and on the other side Friday. <br /><br />4 GUESTS MAXIMUM without written permission at all times. You must provide the full names of all adult guests to the host.<br /><br />NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS.<br /><br />EARLY CHECK-IN <br />- Check-in is 4pm. <br />- Early check-in can't be guaranteed. <br />- No early check-in without written permission. <br />- There is no waiting area or restroom. <br />- I can hold your luggage for you; please coordinate luggage drop-off at least 24 hours ahead of time with me. <br /><br />LATE CHECKOUT: <br />- Checkout is 11AM.<br />- Please make every effort to checkout on time. <br />- Please contact your host in writing immediately if you can't checkout on time. <br />- Late checkout is usually not available. <br />- If you are not making a sincere effort to checkout on time, the host reserves the right to pack and store your belongings, and change the locks.<br /><br />WASHER/DRYER are downstairs in your host's quarters and are available by appointment.<br /><br />IT'S A HEALTHY WALK to places such as McLaren Park and the shops on San Bruno Ave. Usually you'll want to take a quick car ride to where you want to go. Uber car service is cheap and fast here.<br /><br />THERE IS NO A/C, but it's typically not needed here. Fans are provided in each room.<br /><br />EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS are welcome here. I just require that you provide a signed letter from your doctor or healthcare professional on their letterhead, that says an ESA was prescribed for a disability within the last year.<br /><br />IF DAY DRINKING, CONTINUOUS LOUD MUSIC, OR HEAVY INTOXICATION are part of your planned activities at the house, then this is not the right place for you.<br /><br /><b>During your stay</b><br />This is a shared house, but the host (me) will mostly stay in his quarters downstairs.
