If you need anything additional, feel free to contact the Host for same-day delivery.<br />- backyard chairs have been removed due to past late night noise and complaint from neighbors<br />- No free early check-in or late check out, please refer to house rules and check with host for<br />availability<br />-Garage is not available to use currently<br /><br />- Pest control is scheduled monthly. This suburban single-family house is surrounded by beautiful natural trees and grass, so insects or small pests may occasionally enter, especially during the summer. We appreciate your understanding of this natural and unavoidable situation.<br />- Patio is semi-enclosed, look out for slippery ground after rains.<br />- Master closet is locked for stocking and not available for use.<br />- The carpeted stair-cases are vacuumed at every turn-over and washed quarterly, normal wear and tear to be expected.<br />- Please communicate through Aironb portal for all non-emergency matters.<br />- Additional $50 cleaning fee for using BBQ Grill.<br />Please note we do not provide in-house propane tank due to liability reasons. Full propane tanks are available for exchange at nearby Walmart or Target.
