Gorgeous during the day and at night. Make sure to go up there and soak up the stars and city lights after dark!<br /><br /><br />3 BEDROOMS & 2 FULL BATHROOMS<br />This spacious home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a king size American Leather brand sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress with an extra three inch memory foam topper, it’s more comfortable than most peoples beds! The third bedroom has a full size American Leather brand sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress with an extra three inch memory foam topper, again, it’s more comfortable than most peoples beds! All three bedroom’s beds will be made up and ready for your arrival. The rooftop deck is for your exclusive use to enjoy :)<br /><br />GOURMET KITCHEN<br />Wolf stove, SubZero refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, crushed/sonic/nugget ice machine, and Nespresso coffee maker. This is our primary residence - so we've got all the oils and spices for cooking. We also have snacks and treats for you to enjoy :)<br /><br />SONOS SPEAKERS<br />We have Sonos speakers throughout the home so you can compliment your stay with your favorite tunes!<br /><br />LOCATION<br />You'll be able to just walk out the door and walk to so much of what San Francisco has to offer! With everywhere you can get to by foot, Uber, and Hop on hop off bus - there is no need for a car. If you do want to rent a car, almost all the major car rental agencies have locations just blocks away in Fisherman's Wharf. I also have a great black car service driver if you want a referral.<br /><br />PARKING<br />There is easy parking just two blocks away at North Point Center Public Parking Garage. $36.00 a day.<br /><br />CHECKING IN & OUT<br />Checkin time is 3:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am, AND we are very flexible when our schedule permits. Cleaners usually are there 11:30-2:30, so just ask me and I can coordinate with them to drop off your bags if you're arriving early. And just ask me if you want a later checkout - if I can I will. :)<br />I will have you give me a personalized door code - so it will be easy for you to remember.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to the entire flat, no spaces are shared.<br /><br />We will not be staying there when you are our guest.<br /><br />ALL YOURS!<br /><br />Including our fabulous roof deck with amazing views that is solely for your private use!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />GUESTS · GATHERINGS<br />This is a residential home in a shared two unit building, so we ask all guests to be mindful of noise and our neighbors below at all times.<br /><br />Maximum occupancy is 6 guests total (registered Airbnb guests only).<br /><br />You are welcome to have up to 6 visitors during the day and evening between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, as long as you keep noise levels extremely respectful of my neighbors below.<br /><br />No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior written agreement from me.<br /><br />Please always — day and night — keep noise at a respectful level out of consideration for our downstairs neighbors.<br /><br />QUIET HOURS<br />Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM<br />After 10:00 PM, music must be turned off and voices kept low, including on the roof deck.<br /><br />NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE <br />Please - I hate the smell of cigarette smoke and this is my primary home. Vape okay in side. Smoking on roof deck okay - just please dispose of cigarette butts. <br /><br />VIOLATIONS<br />Unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or violations of occupancy rules may result in:<br />1. Immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund<br />2. Removal from the property<br />3. A disturbance fee of up to three times the nightly rate, submitted through Airbnb to cover emergency response, cleaning, neighbor impact, and property protection<br />4. Local authorities may be contacted if necessary<br />Please do not book this home if hosting parties or events is your intention.<br /><br />DOG ALLERGIES<br />The house will be sparkly clean for you - and please know a dog does live there just in case you're super allergic.<br /><br />NO PETS ALLOWED<br />If you want to bring your pet please message me and we can discuss. In the event you bring pet(s) without prior agreement from me, the fee is $500.00 per pet.<br /><br />STAIRS<br />We are technically on the third floor - there is one flight of stairs up to the front door from street level.
