The house has walls of windows with panoramic views of the city, Bay Bridge, Mount Diabolo and East Bay across the water. <br /><br />The queen beds have organic cotton sheets. <br /><br />High ceilings, and broad open spaces give this house a light and open spacious feel rare in a town where space tends to run sparse.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />My family home was designed by local artists. From the antique-car-hood awning to the San Francisco Hyde Street Cable Car hand railing in the stairs, every feature is unique.<br /><br />My place is great for families or groups.<br /><br />The master bedroom has a queen four poster bed with memory foam mattress, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower, large deep tub with views of the bay. The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed.<br /><br />My place is a sanctuary away from the noise, pollution and hustle of downtown. It's convenient for the airport, has easy parking and yet you can be downtown in 15 minutes. <br /><br />My home is best for visitors with a car, or using Uber, Lyft or Taxis. Public transit is possible but slow from my home.<br /><br />My street is a dead end street with almost no traffic. The other houses are all long time families and homeowners, and is very safe. There are nice restaurants a short drive away.<br /><br />We use 100% renewable electricity.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Your rooms are on the second and third floors. The first floor is garage space which is not included in the rental.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />A friendly german shepard dog and a cat sometimes stay at the house.
