Almost all of the city noise is eliminated.<br /><br /> Easy access to the Moscone Center, Convention Center, Financial District. Yerba Buena Gardens, Museums/Galleries, Union Square, Metreon, are all only a few blocks away. Three blocks from the Civic Center Bart Station. Feet off Folsom street you have your pick of amazing restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.<br /><br /><br />Easy access to bus lines, BART, Caltrain and the freeway. Or you can just walk to Folsom and hail a cab.
