Bathrooms are modern with walk-in showers, stylish vanities with adjustable LED lighting. The unit stays cool with two A/C units (one in the main bedroom and one for the living room kitchen) and powerful celing fans in each room. The Puako Condos have beautiful gardens surrounding with fruit, citrus trees, and fragrant flowering plants. Enjoy the well kept pool and the small pool for the kiddies. There are loungers, bbq and chairs for you to use while you stay at the condo.<br /><br />This location is close to resort hotels, multiple golf courses and other amenities.<br /><br />Puako is a quaint, secluded community. As you drive past the 1852 Hokuloa Church, you will immediately feel like you have stepped back to a more relaxed time in old Hawaii. Quiet and away from the crush of tourists, there are only 160 homes along the two miles of Puako Beach Drive. Also conveniently located next door to the historic and friendly family-owned Puako General Store, where you can buy food, cold drinks, prepared meals, rent DVDs, and more.<br /><br />Puako is a quiet, friendly and historic oceanfront community and this location is steps away for picture perfect sunsets, whale watching and snorkeling. You will see active joggers, cyclists, and walkers, making their way from end to end in this peaceful community. If you head to the shore you will find ; Honu - sea turtles along the shore line, coral reefs heading out of the bay abounding with colorful fish. The Puako bay area is a favorite spot for snorkeling, scuba diving. This condo is just steps away from beach access points across the road and many more access options along the length of Puako Beach Drive. Come in January and February during the height of the whale season to witness these gentle giants breaching along the Kohala Coast.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: This unit has ONE dedicated parking stall. Please consider renting a larger vehicle to accommodate all of your party. There is NO street parking allowed for vacation rentals according to local regulations. A secondary parking stall within the designating building parking lot MAY be an option but cannot be guaranteed for the duration of your stay or designated until shortly before your arrival. IF and as available, the additional parking stall within the designating building parking lot will be assessed an additional, daily fee. Please inquire directly, shortly before your arrival, for further information and potential availability.<br /><br />Please keep in mind that Guest is in a very small and peaceful residential neighborhood. Noise carries over quiet landscapes and near water. Noise carries over quiet landscapes and near water. IBR asks that Guest and Guest’s children respect Property neighbors' privacy, peace and quiet. Guests are asked to adhere to the “Good Neighbor Policy” as follows: quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the Property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.<br /><br />NON-SMOKING RENTAL<br />This is a non-smoking rental. No smoking is allowed inside any of the buildings on the Property. No cigarette butts in gravel or yard.<br /><br />PLEASE KEEP SCREENS AND DOORS TIGHTLY CLOSED TO PREVENT PESTS FROM ENTERING THE HOME. IBR homes are treated on a regular basis; however, pests are a normal part of life in the tropics. Please let IBR know right away if Guest has any issues. IBR will do its best to remedy. The owner retains the services of a professional pest control company for the purpose of maintaining insect control in and around the premises, on a regular basis. However, this Property is in the "Tropics" and insects and rodents can be resistant to complete eradication. IBR cannot guaranty complete control over Mother Nature's insects and rodents and will not issue any refunds due to the sighting of insects and/or rodents<br /><br />SUPPLIES<br />As part of our commitment to ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for our guest, we provide a complimentary set of initial supplies (paper goods and soaps) upon your arrival. These supplies are intended to help you get started and make your transition into our accommodation as smooth as possible. After your initial supply is depleted, it is your responsibility to replenish any additional supplies needed for the duration of your stay.<br /><br />TRAFFIC<br />Please DRIVE SLOWLY in our neighborhoods. The speed limits are 10 mph to 25 mph and there are many children and adult pedestrians and bicyclists.<br /><br />USE OF PROPERTY<br />Guest may use the home only as a place of vacation. Guest may not use it for commercial purposes, for any unlawful, improper, offensive purpose or illegal activity. Please refer to Guest Book upon arrival for details and instructions concerning use of pool, spa, and/or air conditioning if these amenities are available at the rented Property.<br /><br />NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED<br /><br />NEIGHBORHOOD CONSTRUCTION<br />IBR is not responsible for any construction noise or inconvenience that may occur during Guest stay. No refunds will be given. Although IBR cannot guarantee full knowledge of any planned or current construction occurring, Guest may contact IBR (90) days prior to Guest arrival to inquire if IBR is aware of construction adjacent to the Property occurring and Guest may choose to cancel at that time IF there is construction occurring that may affect the Property UNLESS Guest has already been made aware of construction during time of or shortly after Guest booking was made.<br /><br />When securing Guest booking with payment Guest is consenting to have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions of our Island Beach Rentals, LLC.
