It is centrally located between warm sunny beaches and cool mountain hikes. You're just minutes from popular downtown Kailua-Kona, food, shopping & ocean sunsets. Come visit Hawaii island style and soak it all in.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />We are less than 10 miles from Kona Intl. Airport and only two miles from beaches and town at 700 ft elevation for some island breezes. Our guests tell us they enjoy the convenience of being in town but in a quiet neighborhood.<br />We are just upstairs and able to greet you when you arrive (if requested) and answer any questions but totally respect your space.<br />Your entry is to the left of the drive way follow the lit path around to the back where there is a lush mature yard filled with an aloe garden ,avocados, mac nuts and plumeria trees when in season.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The shared laundry<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We will provide coffee & tea.
