Perfect for travelers who want privacy and a beach life-style.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You will be staying in a 7th floor condo with a spectacular ocean view. The ocean is wonderful and you will have a private beach practically all to yourself. We recommend leaving your sliding glass door open for maximum air flow so you can feel our trade wind breezes. (Please close the doors whenever you leave to prevent water coming in due to a sudden rain shower, which happens in tropical climates.) The condo can accommodate 4 guests in 3 beds: 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Condo is fully equipped and towels are provided. We recommend buying groceries before you arrive because the selection and prices are better in the Honolulu area than in this rural location. This is a non-smoking unit with 1 assigned parking stall.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />When you arrive at the property address, turn into the north entrance, then turn right, drive past the elevators, and look for parking stall E-9 on the left. You will be staying in apartment 715 and parking in stall E-7 at Pat's at Punaluu. The condo keys are located in a lockbox, around the corner from the building elevators. The lockbox is painted bright orange and has a turtle on it. The lockbox code will be sent to you the day before your arrival. Inside the box is a plastic fob to operate the building elevators. When you exit the elevator on the 7th floor, turn left and walk down the hall until you reach apt 715. There is an electronic door keypad and your access code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you used to make your booking with Airbnb. Inside the condo you will find a parking pass. please display this pass on your car's rearview mirror and only park head-in, back-in parking is NOT allowed.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Rental rate includes 4.712% GE taxes, 10.25% TA taxes, and 3% OTAT taxes. No resort fees, or parking fees. This condo is part of a condo complex and is located in a rural area. There aren't other hotels, commercial stores, restaurants or bars nearby, so you have the beach all to yourself. There is a grocery store 2 miles north, and a larger supermarket 5 miles north. Tip: buy groceries before arrival because the prices are lower and the selection is better in the Honolulu area. The most attractive feature at this location is the secluded sandy beach that is safe for swimming and snorkeling. A protective offshore, coral reef makes this beach a haven for green sea turtles too!. A fitness room, BBQ area, and pool are onsite for your enjoyment. (Hours of use are posted at these locations.) Lots of beach lounge chairs facing the ocean are available for guests to use, but please do not take them to the beach.
