It comes with Washer in unit and all top quality bed mattress and full cotton beddings, also we prepared tons of amenities for beach and kids friendly. Quite new split AC and TVs in every room. This beautifully 675 sqft + 50 sqft lanai furnished condo in waikiki perfectly located near restaurants, shops and entertainment venues, this condo is the ideal getaway to experience all that Waikiki has to offer. One bedroom with King bed, one bedroom with two Queen beds. Enjoy the convenience of onsite and in unit laundry, BBQ area, and pool; a 24/7 7/11 right down stairs. We provide snorkeling gears, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella… TV in every rooms, all the amenities you need for a perfect Hawaiian getaway!<br /><br />For most asked questions<br />Yes it’s has a pocket door for the other room can be properly close for privacy.<br />For the washer, it’s an all in one combo, with dryer in it too. <br />For reviews, we have two other unit in the building under my account with more reviews, aloha Kai is the highest floor and newest one. <br /><br />We fully renovate the unit and everything is carefully selected one by one by us, and we hope to ensure a pleasant stay for our family and everyone. All the mattress and linens are hotel grade， mattress are sealy posture pedi and stern Forster and bed sheets are 100% cotton. All the kitchen tools are very handy good brand too, with all GE appliance. All three area has new split AC. The building was build in the 70s like most of the building on Waikiki, it’s old but we think it well maintained by HOA, they have stuff cleaning the building everyday and secured fob access only to get in the unit, also since the weather and location you will still might occasionally spot some bugs in the lobby floor, which is hard to avoid in Hawai’i even in five star hotels, but we been keep the unit regularly kid friendly pest controlled and we have never seen any bug in the unit， also even tho the unit is fully renovated we been very carefully select all the renovation materials, all the paints are top quality low VOC ones. Every mattress is protect with mattress protector and we professionally wash all the linen between guests to ensure you a clean and pleasant! <br /><br />🌺Location<br /><br />Building is Walking distance to the beach and can walk to Convention Centers too. Ala Moana mall is only five minutes drive. A 24/7 7-11 right down stairs<br />this is a building has a secured lobby and key fob access only, it’s has a pool and bbq grill on the ground level. <br />Royal Aloha is located at the West entrance that connects Waikiki to McCully Street. It’s the building that features the Iconic Wyland Whale painting on the Ocean side of the building. The building was built in 1971. And the building features a secured key fob entry for all common areas/amenities and has a security desk. Royal Aloha is in a very convenient location of Waikiki that is close to the Ala Moana Shopping Center, convention center and just a short commute to the University of Hawaii, Diamond Head, the beach, and many shops, restaurants, and eateries. There is a 7/11 store right under the building, which is convenient. <br /><br /><br />🌺Laundry<br />We have a brand new top of the line GE all in one laundry machine in unit and we provide enough detergent for every family convenience, we only ask guest to wash sandy stuff at the public laundry to better maintenance the machine since it’s a all in one machine not a separate unit! The public laundry is a convinced shared laundry for each floor in the building, the laundry room conveniently located right across door of the unit, its 3 dollar each load and it take credit cards. <br /><br />🌺parking <br />We offer one free parking at the parking structure building right across the street of the royal aloha, you will need to walk across the street. If you mind the walking don’t book with us. Parking in Waikiki is madness, and hotel parking usually start with 40 dollar per night, street parking are very hard to find, even for the building has limited parking too. We try our best to accommodate parking. <br /><br />🌺Extra amenities ( beach and kids)<br />We provide kids friendly gears and beach gears. <br />We will have pack and play, kids plates and bibs, also bottle warmer and a couple hawain night time story books and toddler step stool and toilet seat in the unit. <br />For beach we will have 2 cooler, 4 beach chairs, one beach umbrella in the unit. <br /><br />🌺potential noise <br />Since the apartment is located in lively Waikiki resort zone there is potential for noise, but we have installed double windows every rooms for better sound prof. Good thing we are on the quieter side of Waikiki too, so it’s barely screaming people than beach side.<br /><br /><br />Note: There is only one bathroom, so the apartment is mean to be share with close family and close friends for the space. But there might be chance you spot some little one on the building ground floor, even 5 stars hotels can’t get away with it. Also please kindly help us keep our unit bug free by not leave so many delicious food out and close the lanai door at night.
