All amenities you will need for a perfect Hawaiian getaway! Mahalo!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />It’s a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, one room ocean view, one room mountain view, free parking. Family friendly! Essential beach gears + laundry detergent all provided! <br />Walking distance to the Hilton lagoon and Waikiki beach, plus can walk to the convention centers too. Ala Moana mall is only a 5 minute drive. A 7-11 is right down stairs as well where you can grab anything you need, anytime.<br />This is our own family vacation home too so we set everything up with love! Our little girl loves Hawaii, we take her here whenever we can. We fully renovated the unit, everything is carefully selected one by one by us. We hope to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and create beautiful memories for your family too. All the mattress and linens are hotel grade, mattresses are Sealy Posturepedic and bed sheets are 100% cotton. All the kitchen tools are very handy good brands. Building air-fryer oven. All three areas all have new ACs and TVs. Can’t forget our Dyson hair dryer included!<br />The parking is free and is a secured parking with shade in the building. <br />If it is showing available, please go ahead and book your next vacation. :)<br />Previous pest issue all resolved :)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Include free ASSIGNED PARKING STALL info the building ! <br />This building is a secured lobby and key fob access only, included is a pool and bbq grill on the ground level. <br />The unit itself has a fully equipped loaded kitchen, provided essential beach gears, a wagon, a Stanley cooler, a couple chairs, and a beach tent to make a perfect beach day in Hawaii!<br />Each room has its own tvs, and has Netflix pre logged and tv cable service.<br />We are family friendly, we have pack and play also bottle warmers. We will leave basic cleaning supplies and a robot vacuum in the unit for family who like to keep tidy for their little ones!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is only one bathroom for shower, so the apartment is meant to be shared with close family and close friends for the space! Please considering this when you come with a 6-person group.<br /><br />Since the apartment is located in lively Waikiki resort zone, there is potential for noise. Not to worry though as we have installed double windows since we are at higher floors 9/15, so it’s not like the lower floor will make you feel like living by the street. And Ala wai side of Waikiki has a more quiet feel.<br /><br />The building was built in the 70s like most of the building on Waikiki.
