The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and another shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo. <br /> <br />Activities <br />Start your morning with coffee or tea on the spacious lanai. This breezy perch boasts Princeville’s best views of the Anini reef. A lush lawn leads right up to the ocean’s edge — a set of chairs offers another fine place to admire the view. <br /> <br />Fix breakfast in the granite and tile-lined kitchen before an awesome beach day. Choose from a number of sandy paradises: Puu Poa Beach, Hideaway Beach, and Anini Beach are beloved spots for sunbathing and snorkeling. Your group is welcome to use the complimentary beach and snorkel gear at the condo. Pick up fresh dinner ingredients (and a shave ice!) at Princeville Shopping Center on your way back home, or head right to Bar Acuda for tapas. <br /> <br />Parking is simple with your own dedicated space. The property’s on-site pool and shared grilling area is 100 yards from you door — indulge in a late-night grilling session beneath the stars between dips in the pool. There is almost no homes on Kauai with A/C, but it is easy to cool down using the operational windows,louvers and the ocean breezes. <br /> <br />Also, be aware that this is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to neighbors when coming and going from the unit, and when utilizing exterior areas. <br /> <br />Responsible party must be 21 years of age or older to rent with KREG. <br /> <br />An electronic rental contract will be required to finalize a reservation. We can provide a copy pry to booking. <br /> <br />Also worth noting for those new to Kauai is that there are lots of fauna and flora that one may not be used to on the mainland. This is paradise for more than humans and you'll see Chickens and Roosters throughout the island, geckos (they are our friends) as they take care of other bugs that you might come across as well.
