Two bedrooms: one with a California king bed, bathroom en-suite and a queen bedroom with a bathroom across the hallway.<br /><br />The kitchen is stocked with a coffee pot, kettle, toaster oven, and a cupboard full of spices and oils to help you cook. <br /><br />The condo is a ground corner unit, with lots of privacy and protection from noise from the road or parking lot. <br /><br />There are two lanais: the front one has a large grill and outdoor dining area, while the back one has a sectional and antique rattan butterfly chair, perfect for lounging in the garden.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There are no parties allowed.
