Less than 30 mins. to Point Reyes Seashore and the Napa Valley and 15 mins. to Golden Gate Bridge!<br />Not suitable for children under 12 or any type of pet.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The cottage style guesthouse/apartment has one bedroom with queen bed and walk in closet along with a separate laundry room with full washer and dryer. The cute open plan living area backs onto the country style kitchen (no dishwasher). <br />My daughter and I live on the property with our two dogs and are long time residents of San Rafael.
