Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with cooking range, microwave, dish washer, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. Washer dryer in the unit. There is an eat in table with bar chairs for dining & a baby high chair if needed. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, flat sheet and a blanket. Extra pillows and blanket are in the cupboard<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Stay includes one car space. There is fob-key entry to the building and guests have access to the entire two-bedroom apartment.<br /><br />We provide two sets of fob-keys for our guest's convenience.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Note: Our unit is a Transient Vacation Unit located in the Resort Zone, so we can continue to host legally under the new law<br /><br />SMOKING: No Smoking. No drugs (It is illegal to smoke in the building & you will be fined)<br /><br />PETS: No Pets<br /><br />CHECKOUT: please check out by 11 am at the latest.<br /><br />Noise: Please keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm - 8 am.<br /><br />KEY: Please leave one sets of keys on the kitchen counter & the other set in the lock box down stairs when you check out.
