Garage is not available for parking.<br />No A/C, but ceiling fans in every room plus window fans, tower fans, and cooler nighttime temps keep things comfortable year-round.<br />No smoking anywhere on the property.<br />No open flames. Tahoe's forests are highly fire-prone.<br />No parties, events or commercial shoots. We keep things low-key.<br />Shoes off indoors, please.<br />Two floors.
