This particular unit is a cozy studio, perfect for a relaxing and convenient stay. Many amenities are within walking distance, including restaurants, the beach, and a grocery store. Additionally, there’s a bus station and an ABC Store conveniently located right at the corner of this building.

If you’re traveling with a large family, consider booking both this one-bedroom and my studio, Unit 9B, which is directly adjacent—separated by only one wall. I also manage a total of four units in this building, offering great flexibility and convenience for larger groups.

Guest access
Activities and Cultural Attractions

• Kuhio Beach - 3 minutes walk
• Diamond Head - 11 minutes drive
• Ala Moana Center - 8 minutes drive
• International Marketplace - 8 minutes walk (6 minutes drive)
• Koko Head - 22 minutes drive
• Manoa Falls - 20 minutes drive
• Lyon Arboretum - 20 minutes drive (in Manoa)

Places to Eat and Drink

• Eggs’n Things
• Musubi Cafe - 2 minutes walk
• Marugame Udon - 8 minutes walk (3 minutes drive)
• Leonard’s Bakery - 7 minutes drive
• Nami Kaze Hawaii - 17 minutes drive
• Star of Honolulu - 16 minutes drive (Dinner on Fridays for sunset and fireworks)
• 53 By The Sea - 12 minutes drive (Great view of Friday fireworks)
• The Original Roy’s in Hawaii Kai - 22 minutes drive (Ideal for special occasions)

Museums and Cultural Sites

• Honolulu Museum of Art - 11 minutes drive
• Bishop Museum - 16 minutes drive
• Polynesian Cultural Center - 1 hour 3 minutes drive
• Chief’s Luau - 35 minutes drive
• Queens Waikiki Luau - 8 minutes walk (at International Marketplace)
• Pearl Harbor National Memorial - 24 minutes drive
• Shangri La Museum - 9 minutes drive
• Iolani Palace - 15 minutes drive
• Dole Plantation - 38 minutes drive

Top Hiking Trails around Honolulu

• Lanika’i Pillbox Hike
Location: East Hole
Highlights: Excellent for sunrise views
• Koko Head Staircase
Description: The ultimate stair master
Highlights: Amazing views from the top of an old WWII bunker
• Manoa Falls
Difficulty: Easy
Highlights: Scenic rainforest hike leading to a beautiful waterfall
• Aiea Loop Trail
Length: 5 miles loop
Highlights: Diverse rainforest landscapes along the trail
• Makiki Valley Loop Trail
Location: Hills above Honolulu
Description: Explore a network of trails through different ecosystems

These curated recommendations offer a blend of local experiences, dining options, cultural insights, and outdoor adventures for an enriching stay in Honolulu, Hawaii. Enjoy your time exploring the vibrant city and its natural beauty!

Other things to note
Parking Information

Parking is available upon request on a first-come, first-served basis at $25 per night.
(I manage two apartments but have only one parking stall, so parking is charged separately to ensure fair availability.)

You do not need to reserve parking for your entire stay — you’re welcome to request it for one or two days as needed.

If a parking stall is not reserved, please note there are only about 10 steps (not 10 floors) from the lobby to the street entrance (as shown in the photo).

Parking payment can be made upon arrival.

If my parking stall is already reserved and you wish to use my neighbor’s stall instead, payment will need to be made directly to my neighbor via Ven mo at the time of reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

⸻

Noise Advisory

This property is located in a lively area, and occasional city noise may be heard — a common experience even at many five-star hotels in Waikiki.

To maximize comfort, I recommend using the air conditioning and/or white noise while indoors.

———

Due to Hawaii’s warm and tropical climate, occasional insects may appear from time to time. Both the building and the unit are regularly serviced by professional pest control to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

Registration Details
260230720040, 912, TA-047-961-2928-01
