The House and Neighborhood are quiet and upscale. The neighborhood is still under construction so there are work vehicles in and out of the neighborhood throughout the day. You will receive navigation instructions prior to arrival.

There is very limited public transit here. Personal vehicle is the best mode of transport. There is a local yellow cab and there is always uber/lyft.

1. There are cameras covering the driveway and entryway that record only during motion detection. The Driveway camera is used to verify the number of guests that enter the home, to check when guests arrive and leave for cleaning purposes and for the general safety and protection for crimes that may be committed on the property.

2. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are NOT ALLOWED without prior approval. Use the Contact Host button to contact us before you book as no refunds will be given if you book and then don't get approved! If you misuse our home, you will be charged a $200 fee to pay the HOA fine and $1000 if law enforcement is called.

3. We verify how many guests enter and stay in the home. If you have misrepresented the number of guests on your reservation, you will be charged extra. Please alter your reservation immediately to correct guest counts on your reservation and be charged appropriately.

4. THIS HOUSE IS NON SMOKING. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and any other substances that create smoke or vapor. If the cleaners arrive and detect a smoky odor of any kind, you will be charged an additional $100 to remove the odor.

Please park them in a public parking lot elsewhere and carpool to the house. This is a residential neighborhood.
