It was a wonderful time. The place is a great find. We extend our gratitude to the owners, as they did an amazing job with this place. We celebrated my Mom’s birthday there and our whole family enjoyed our time together there. It was clean. Everything was just as described. Things that needed explanation (fireplace, hot tub, TV) had instructions readily available and were super easy to use. Tons of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and have time together or alone. The jacuzzi was clean and hit the spot. The patio made you feel like you were in a tree house. It was a special place. For the house to be hot at breakfast time indicates the heat must have been on at night. I'm sorry I wasn't aware you were uncomfortable, as I have suggestions for cross ventilation to keep the house nice and comfortable. Bears are in Tahoe, and we always ask guests to be sure to leave no trace of scented items in your cars that might attract them. And cars always locked. Plenty of space for all 11 of us. Only complaints were a few of the bed frames were squeaky and the pool table was not in the best shape. Hot tub was great. Nice deck for eating and sitting around. Plenty of space to eat indoors if you wanted. It was nice enough to eat outside most of the time for us. Kitchen was well supplied. It mentioned there were beach chairs but only found one. Nice having 2 laundry rooms. Good location. Absolutely loved all the trees surrounding the house. I think I can say for the rest of my family that we would love to stay there again some day.
