Located in the middle of Waikiki you'll be just a 5 min walk to world famous Waikiki Beach, and near all the restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping you can imagine. This small studio condo makes the perfect home base for solo or couple travelers- equipped with a queen size bed, 50" smart TV with cable, a kitchenette with mini fridge, kuerig, and microwave, and bathroom with walk in shower.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />To ensure guests complete privacy and security, we do not offer housekeeping services during guest stays. A professional cleaning of the property is done between each guest, along with stocking of linens, towels, and a starter supply of amenities are provided. <br />We are privately owned units, please do not turn in towels, beach towels, sheets, or any other items to a front desk or housekeeping staff as they do not service our units <br /> <br />Due to our location being super central, we are located in the “heart of all the action” in Waikiki. Expect to hear typical noise of city traffic (cars/buses/sirens) <br />We understand not all guests are used to these conditions and we want you to be as comfortable as possible. <br />If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, we are happy to provide a sound machine and/or earplugs- please request at any point before or during your stay. <br /> <br />Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. <br />Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. <br />This is especially the case if food, trash, or dirty dishes are left out. <br />Please understand that they are naturally occurring and do not reflect upon the cleanliness of the unit.
