There's room for everyone to spread out. <br /><br />The upstairs suite has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, living room with a sofabed, spacious balcony which overlooks the courtyard below, Air-Conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and the Living Room, Front-loading Washer-Dryer, and Hi-speed WIFI. <br /><br />The downstairs suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a spacious kitchen, living room with a sofabed, spacious lanai which opens up onto the courtyard, Air-Conditioning in both bedrooms and the Living Room, front-loading Washer-Dryer, and Hi-speed WIFI.<br /><br />The two suites are connected via outdoor stairs and are directly one above the other.<br /><br />Kalepolepo Beach Park is across the street, while Sugar Beach is just north of the complex, where you can enjoy kayaking, windsurfing and kite boarding lessons. This home is located in Kihei and is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, but is away from the traffic of South Kihei Road.<br /><br />Koa Resort has one of the largest swimming pools in Kihei, which can be evidenced by viewing this home on Google (811 S. Kihei Rd). There are 5 buildings, consisting of only 54 units, making this low-rise complex a beautiful change from the craziness of the bigger, more crowded, condominium complexes.<br /><br />Our guests tell us how much they enjoy the peace and comfort that Koa Resort has to offer.
