At 44 stories, our unit is perched on the top floor of the tallest building in Waikiki. Enjoy the spacious lanai (balcony) where you can kick back and relax, partake in your favorite food or beverage, people watch, or just take in the full panoramic views that we have to offer...from the surfers at Waikiki Beach, across the Honolulu skyline, to the frequently seen rainbows amidst the Ko'olau Mountain Range, the million-dollar views are breathtaking.<br /><br />The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential needed to prepare a delicious home cooked meal or, if you prefer to dine out, there are numerous restaurants and eateries within walking distance of this convenient and centrally located condotel.<br /><br />We have a full-time, on-call property management team available to meet your needs. The building also has 24-7 security to guarantee your safety and to ensure that you are in good hands throughout your stay.<br /><br />Come for the relaxation but take the memories home with you forever. We hope to host you soon!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The Island Colony is conveniently located near many convenience stores (including one on the 6th floor of our building), retail spaces, eateries, boutiques, and the famous International Marketplace so, walking is not only ideal, but encouraged!<br /><br />Should you prefer to venture further, the Waikiki Trolley (fee) is offered at various pick-up locations nearby. While Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are always an option too! Also, very accessible from Waikiki is the City's public transportation system called "The Bus" (fee) which offers many routes that can take you anywhere on the island; there's even a Circle Island route.<br /><br />Feeling a little adventurous? There's a Biki Bike station located across the street from the condotel on the Ala Wai Blvd.<br /><br />If you have a vehicle, parking is available in the building and/or limited street parking is an option.<br /><br />Most building amenities are located on the 6th floor of the building: Pool & Spa, Cabanas, Gym & Sauna, BBQ Grills, Convenience Store, Laundry Facility, and an Ice Machine and Water Refill Station.
