This end unit has 3 sets of doors to bring in the light, and the trade winds. I have other condos on island.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Oahu is called the 'Gathering Place' and is home of Waikiki, Diamond Head and Pearl Harbor. The windward side where this condo is located, retains the feeling of old Hawaii, before the big hotels and condos of Waikiki and the traffic. It still has that sense of 'Aloha' that you are welcomed and a friend. It truly is a little piece of paradise<br /><br />This condo has the largest lanai in the building. It is approximately 700 square feet with plenty of dining and lounging room. The condo is a highly upgraded end unit.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have use of the entire condo along with the building amenities.<br /><br />Also, there will be a time when the unit will be unavailable for entry and exit during certain hours, but there will usually be a two month warning for that.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />* The condo building is located on a busy road and even though it is located on the 8th and 9th floors, there will be street noise in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is oceanfront and you will hear the sounds of the ocean.<br /><br />* There is no AC in the condo. The tropical breeze and ceiling fans usually work very well to keep the condo a pleasant temperature.<br /><br />* Note: This building is undergoing work that may involve noise and off-property, nearby parking. Also, there will be a short time period when the condo will not be accessible for certain hours. You will be informed of that in time to make other accommodations if it happens to take place during your stay.
