See photos.<br />Relax in our spacious OCEAN VIEW 3 bedroom/3 bath condo at Paniolo Greens, Waikoloa Village. Condo is fully furnished, full kitchen, towels & linens, tv / washer & dryer. Two upstairs bedrooms have queen sized beds and downstairs has a twin sized bed. Access to pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, barbecue grill. Restaurants, shopping, golf, sandy beaches just a few minutes drive.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Welcome to Cheryl’s condo! This condo has been in our family for the past 25+ years and we are happy to share it with you. It is a conveniently located three bedroom three bath condo, perfect for your next family vacation. The grocery store, restaurants and golf course are all within walking distance and its just a quick 15 minute drive to the Waikoloa beach resorts and the ocean. <br /><br />Things you should know: This is a vacation rental and not a hotel. The Paniolo Greens was built in the 1980s, which is part of the reason we are able to offer it to you at such an affordable rate. Hawaii is hot and humid, especially during the summer! We have aircon in living room and upstairs bedrooms <br /><br />Ceiling fans in every room and a nice cross breeze that goes thru the condo, you are only about 15 minutes from the beach! There are also bugs in Hawaii because Hawaii is located in the tropics! We regularly have the condo treated for bugs and do our best to keep them outside sometimes bugs find their way inside. We consider it part of the price of paradise!<br /><br />The basic amenities are provided for your stay but they are just to get you started and you may have to provide some supplies for your stay depending on the length of your stay! Because this is a vacation rental, please also note that there is no maid service and no mail delivery. <br /><br />What our condo does provide is a beautiful ocean view from our balconies and gorgeous views of Mauna Kea and Hualalai and a comfortable and roomy place to lay your head after a day of adventuring around the Big Island.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />In order to make check out to breeze, we ask that all guests follow our check out list provided to you when you check-in which includes emptying the trash and doing a load of laundry.
