As a result, the pool and BBQ areas will be closed for approximately one year. Guests can use the elevator to go directly to their designated floor, and the entrance door is equipped with a personal pin for safe and easy entry.<br /><br />The parking structure is attached to the building, and the entrance is located on the side of Kuhio Avenue. A parking permit pass will be available for use after check-in. Detailed information regarding parking will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed.<br /><br />A courtesy reminder: please return the parking permit pass to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations.<br /><br />NOTE:<br />-The sofa bed has a maximum weight limit of 220 lbs. Please use it responsibly.
