<br /><br />Sofa Bed & Murphy Bed<br />This unit includes a sofa bed (max weight limit 220lbs) and a full size Murphy bed for additional sleeping arrangements. If you plan to use either or both during your stay, please inform our team in advance so we can ensure they are properly prepared.<br /><br />Parking<br />One unassigned parking stall is included with your reservation. Maximum vehicle height clearance is 6 ft. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether your vehicle will fit in the garage. Parking pass and keys must be returned to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations.
