Enjoy the guest swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's playground, and barbecue area. The building is very safe with 24-hour security and the lobby is always busy with incoming visitors. You will be within easy walking distance to Waikiki Beach, shopping, and fine dining. Also nearby is the Waikiki Aquarium, Honolulu Zoo, the famous Diamond Head, and Kapiolani Park.<br /><br />This is a non-smoking or vaping unit. 🚭<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />** Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction<br />The Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUVs and trucks) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for the large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that heights are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)<br /><br />The recreation deck and pool at Waikiki Banyan are currently undergoing a complete transformation and are expected to officially reopen on May 18, 2026. (subject to change)<br /><br />Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:<br /><br />• A large heated swimming pool<br />• Three brand-new hot tubs<br />• A brand-new sauna<br />• All new loungers and daybeds<br />• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating<br />• A children’s playground<br />• A full tennis and play court<br /><br />Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.<br /><br />* PLEASE NOTE – FOR STAYS BEFORE MAY 18, 2026:<br /><br />The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 18, 2026.
