The space was stripped to the exterior walls and redone. This is a studio apartment with a wall that divides the living area from the sleeping alcove and bathroom. There is a double bed in the alcove and a double futon/couch in the living room. This is a ground floor unit in a 7 story condominium with a small patio area and access to the beach. Best suited for a couple with children or 3 adults. Guests must go to the roadside to smoke. <br />The lanai and front door area must be kept tidy. Parking rules are strictly enforced.<br />The unit does not have AC. There are two ceiling fans and a standing fan.
