The house has local amenities, trails, and Richmond Marina Harbor. It is in a quiet neighborhood next to a new Starbucks, restaurants, brewery, and CVS—all within walking distance. <br /><br />From the Richmond marina to San Francisco takes only 30 minutes.—a faster alternative versus taking a bus to Bart station to SF.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />There are four beds: one king, one queen, and two twins. The place can accommodate six.<br /><br />The house has two heating zones.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />All spaces are open to guests except for the garage. The garage door is locked and has surveillance. Parking spots, guest and no-guest spots, around the residence are available for free<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />All the bedrooms have white wooden shutters, which are in the pics. They block out the light very well, so you can almost get complete darkness in the daylight, except for edge bleeding around the shutters.<br /><br />There are two televisions. A 70" television in the living room and one in the master bedroom.<br /><br />Each bedroom has a full bath. The bedroom with two twins is located on the first floor. The bedroom with a queen bed and the master bedroom are on the 3rd floor. The living area is on the 2nd floor and has a half bath.<br /><br />The Internet is provided for free.<br /><br />All household items are used at your own risk. Meaning that you take full responsibility for any mishaps and injuries to yourself & guests.
