NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10 : Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am every day to respect our sensitive neighbor because the wall is thin. Please keep noise levels down during this time to avoid disturbing the neighbors.<br />2. NO PARTIES : The place is not designed for any kinds of party because we share the same walls with other neighbors. If you are looking for a place to party, we kindly suggest that you book another accommodation.<br />3. NO SMOKING : Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of the house. You can also connect your device via Bluetooth to play your favorite music and make your stay even more enjoyable.<br />- We change all linens and towels and thoroughly clean and sanitize all furniture after each guest's departure to ensure a fresh and clean environment for our next guests. <br /><br />- About Parking: <br />Regarding parking, there are free all-day street parking spots(except Tuesday&Thursday 9am-12pm street cleaning, please be aware of the street parking sign) available across the street from the property, although availability may be limited after 5 pm. <br /><br />The spot might not be clear or easy to park. If you require assistance with parking in this area, please do not hesitate to contact me.
