Walking distance to Ala Moana Mall, the convention center, bus stops, to the beach.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our newly renovated condo is located in resort zone in lively Waikiki. All effort is made to ensure our guest can rest comfortably in the condo. Double pane windows are added to both bedrooms to block city noise unlike other condos in the same building. Brand new powerfull Mitsubishi split AC units are installed in both bedrooms and living room. Personalized temperature can be set for each bedroom and living room.<br /><br />It is equipped with 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds, and a pullout sofa bed in living room. We use high quality medium firm Black Stone/Zinus memory foam mattresses. All pillows are covered with allergy protective cover. Mattresses are covered using waterproof mattress covers. <br /><br />Kitchen is equipped with cooking equipment. You will find water kettle, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, rice cooker, pancake maker, Henckels tri-Ply clad stainless steel 12-piece Cookware Set etc.<br /><br />Beach chairs and cart are also provided for your convenience on beach outing.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Most of the buildings in Waikiki are built in 1970's which including our condo building as well. The style and age of this condo building may look old. HOA does a great job to keep the condo clean. All outdoor shared walkway gets vacuumed every weekday morning. Outdoor walkway carpet gets cleaned twice a year. It may show water/rain stains from time to time. <br /><br />It is a secure building. Front entrance uses FOB. When active resident manager is not on duty, security guard is on duty from 4PM on. Building is monitored 24/7 via CCTV.<br /><br />The weather in Hawaii is alway great. It brings people from all around the world. Unfortunately, this is also a place homeless people enjoy. You may see homeless people around Waikiki. Every now and then you may even see them near the condo building.<br /><br />Before booking please know that the condo is 674 square feet. It is small but very well designed 2 bedrooms with open concept kitchen and living room. It provides more privacy than other units since is an end unit. This condo is great for family and close friends who want to stay together.
