One warning, then a $250 fine or possible removal if noise continues.<br /><br />Extra Guests<br />Only the people listed on the reservation, please. Extra guests will be charged $50/night each.<br /><br />Pets<br />No surprise furry friends! An undisclosed pet will result in a $1000 fee.<br /><br />Don’t Touch the Tech<br />Please don’t move or disable any security cameras, smoke detectors, or noise monitors. This may result in a $500 fine and immediate removal.<br /><br />Early Check-In / Late Check-Out<br />Early check-in or late check-out is $50/hour if approved.
