We do not allow events or gatherings in this apartment in consideration to our neighbors.<br /><br /><br />House Rules:<br /><br />- Please remove your shoes upon entering the accommodation.<br />- Absolutely NO PARTIES NO LOUD MUSIC<br /><br />- Do not smoke inside or on the premises. Do not litter!<br /><br />- If you have a vehicle, please park on the street in front of the entrance.<br /><br />- One single size air mattress available<br /><br />- Please help us keep the drains clog-free by removing hair every time after using the shower. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. $500 fee will be charged every time a plumber has to be called for a clogged toilet/pipes. <br /><br />- Please only use the linens provided in the rooms. The ones stored in the storage are for the next turnover and not for the guest’s use. <br /><br />- The check out time is 10am.
