You will have 24 hour free 1 driveway parking, access to a backyard and free laundry.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Guests have the entire 2 levels private suite with private entrance.<br /><br />24/7 Parking space in front of the garage door is available for 1 car, Please don't use garage and garage door. You may choose to leave the car key, so I might need to move your car to use my car very occasionally. Or if you prefer, I will text you, to let you move your car when needed. Also free street parking is available in the neighborhood 24/7 for extra cars you bring in, please read the sign for street cleaning and parking rules.<br /><br />Both bedrooms offer Luxury Brand - Saatva Classic Award winning Luxury firm mattress (market price $3000, #1 selling mattress. Most of the time we will not meet. Might meet in the garage, where I park my car. Please leave your car key, just in case I need to move your car. Hosts have access to the backyard, deck (please keep outdoor sitting clean) and the garage.<br />3. No Party/events/gathering, so please don't invite more people/guests than your reservation requested to the property.<br />（if you have to bring guests overnight stay, we do access guests fee, per guests per night. Best way is to make sure input correct guests number in your reservation before booking) <br />4. Everyday from 10:30pm to 8:00am is quite time.<br />5. No smoking in the room! Your reservation will be cancelled and additional cleaning/damage fee will be charged, if you smoke. (You can go outside and smoke on the street or in the backyard)<br />6. No shoes inside the house please! (shoe covers or slippers will be provided)<br />7. One surveillance recording devices is in the Garage, one in backyard and one in front of driveway, to protect the premises.<br />8. This listing may not suitable for kids/seniors because of the stairs. You can still book at your own responsibilities.<br />9. Light cooking recommended, because the ventilation in the kitchenette is limited. Might trigger smoke/fire alarms.<br />10. The property is no animal allowed ( 7 years ago when the renovation happened, previous owner’s dog left a cute permanent paws 🐾 mark on the upper level master bedroom floor paint)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Host lives on site but different level. Guests have the entire 2 levels suit.<br /><br />Open the garage side door with the passcode I sent you (or you can choose 4-8 digits long code you prefer) the day before your arrival. <br />Walk through garage. Host has access to the garage and parks his car there. <br /><br />Guest can access the garage, backyard and deck. Those areas hosts also have access to.<br /><br />Please leave your car key, just in case I need to move your car.
