We do NOT re-stock toiletries or kitchen supplies during your stay. This privately owned studio and does not offer daily cleaning or other hotel services.<br /><br />LAUNDRY ROOMS<br />• Enjoy the convenience of our complimentary 4th floor laundry facilities. Key card issued at 1st floor security desk.<br /><br />FITNESS CENTER<br />• Stay active and maintain your fitness routine at our well-equipped 4th floor fitness center, available for your use during your stay. Key card issued at 1st floor security desk.<br /><br />PARKING<br />• Valet Parking: Convenient valet parking provided by a separate company, and is available at $55 cash per night, directly payable to the valet. <br /><br />• Street Parking: On-street parking is available for $3 per hour from 6 am to 10 pm. Alternatively, free parking can be found along Ala Wai Blvd (except during street cleaning days). <br /><br />Prices change from time to time. They are set by separate companies and they may not notify me of these changes.<br /><br />OTHERS<br />• Concierge Services and Security: Our building offers concierge services on the main floor, ensuring your security and providing assistance whenever needed, complemented by 24-hour security.<br /><br />• The security station is located on the 1st floor. When you register with security, they will issue a key card, to be returned at the end of your stay. Key card grants access to fitness center and laundry facilities.<br /><br />• Kitchenette Amenities: Your kitchenette is fully equipped to enhance your culinary experience, featuring a microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, rice cooker, cutting boards, knives, cooking utensils, cookware, dishware, silverware, glasses, and kitchen towels.<br /><br />• House Rules: Please note and adhere to our house rules, including a strict Non-Smoking/Vaping, No Animals & No Pets policy. Smoking or vaping on balconies/lanais is also prohibited, with fines directly issued for any violations.<br /><br />• Additional Amenities: Discover further amenities, including an iron and ironing board in the closet, and a serene lawn & garden-style pool area.
