Convenient access to high way and Davis street shopping center with Costco, Home Depot, Walmart and many more.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is the front unit of a big house. There is an office that has a sofa that can be pulled out as a full size sofa bed. There are 2 wall furnaces in the house, located in the hallway of the 1st and 2nd floor. There are also electrical space heaters in the closets that you can use.<br />Please note that this house also has a 2br/2bath in-law unit at the back which is separated by 2 locked doors. The in-law unit has its separate entrance at the end of the drive way, living room and kitchen, which is now owner occupied.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This is the FRONT Unit of a big house. It is separated from back in-law unit by 2 locked doors. The guests can access Front yard and all the accessible space inside the front door.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Our long drive way can park 3 cars. You can also park on the front lawn, so that the car(s) parked on the drive way can go in and out without you move your car around. Please be aware there may be residents in the back unit.
