Welcome to my clean and beautiful modern home within the Excelsior District of San Francisco! Located near Mission and Geneva, it's right next to the city's best taquerias. There are plenty of great local eateries, a Safeway, Walgreens and ATMs minutes away. In my newly remodeled home, you will have your own private entrance, two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchenette, dining room and living room. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.)<br />(No bookings with guests meeting for the first time through a third party.)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Parking: There will be a 24 hour street parking spot blocking my driveway reserved for my guests. 1 available space only. (The reserved parking spot has street cleaning every Friday, from 11am to 1pm). No EV charging available. There is additional street parking nearby, but they are usually gone after 4pm. <br /><br />Public Transportation: A MUNI bus station is just one block away on Geneva Ave., and the closest BART station is the Balboa Park BART & MUNI station. A 5 minute UBER will take you from the Balboa Park station to the Airbnb.<br /><br />From SFO airport: I suggest taking an Uber/Lyft directly from SFO to the Airbnb as it is only a 15 minute ride by car.<br /><br />House access: You will have access to my garage space including the washer and dryer, and to my entire back yard. I will occasionally enter the garage to do my own laundry using the garage door. <br /><br />You have your own private entrance from the garage side door that is locked via keypad.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />After you complete the booking, I will also ask you for your preferred 4 digit door code of choice.
