No, the units are assigned by the resort prior to check in. You are able to request certain views/accommodations prior to check in after receiving your Wyndham confirmation email.<br /><br />Q. Do I have to go through a timeshare presentation?<br />A. No, they might ask...you are 100% able to just say no. You are not obligated to attend one, your reservation does not require it!<br /><br />Q. Do I have access to all the amenities at the resort? example....pool, hot tub, fitness center.<br />A. Yes! You have access to everything the resort has to offer. Some resorts might charge a small fee for certain extras but 99% of the amenities are included with your stay!<br /><br />Q. Does this unit have stairs?<br />A. Possibly. Most resorts have elevators but the few that do not might have stairs.
