The condo is located on the top floor of a three-floor building, so there is nobody above and has peaceful views of gardens and trees looking toward the ocean off in the distance a couple blocks away.<br /><br />Simply cross over South Kihei Road one block away and then another block you have quick access to Charley Young Beach and a series of smaller secluded beaches and coves. Another block North is the Cove Beach Park area, perfect for surfing and stand-up paddling or just sunning. Nestled between Charley Young Beach and Cove Beach Park across the street from South Kihei Road are several scenic secret beaches steps below a long stretch of manicured lawns with coconut palms.<br /><br />Super snorkeling abounds along the shores of the beaches in the area. Many many restaurants and shops and convenience stores and grocery stores located 4-6 blocks away in either direction North or South on Kihei Road. <br /><br />You'll find this condo unit to be lovely with comfy furniture and a nice place to relax and have fun as a home base while exploring South Maui and beyond! From here it's as quick 10-mile trip up to Maalaea for the Aquarium and Whale Watching tour boats, while day trips are easy going up to Lahaina & Kaanapali 30 miles to the North, and the airport is only 15 miles away in the main town of Kahului. You'll have fun here!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This condominium unit is set up for ideally for a maximum of four people, as it has one King Bed in one bedroom, and one Queen Bed in the other bedroom, with all linens of course. Both the King bedroom and the Queen bedrooms each have their own air conditioners, and ceiling fans. The louvered windows on three sides of the condo allow for nice cross breezes. There is one full bathroom which has a walk-in style tiled shower. <br /><br />In the living room there is a window-mounted air conditioner plus two more ceiling fans. The living room has a sectional couch configured as two sections for one couch plus one section as a chair. There are several side tables and lamps with electrical outlets, and TV Viewing area with a credenza and large screen TV plus a dining area. The dining area has a sturdy round table with four chairs. The private lanai has beautiful view of trees facing toward evening views of sunset skies above, and it has two oversized cushioned wicker chairs and a coffee table. There are several sets of large commercial coin-operated washers & dryers in a laundry room on the first floor of the condo building which are fast and efficient. This condo unit includes one designated parking spot that is provided free for your exclusive use during your stay. <br /><br />FREE Wi-Fi WIRELESS INTERNET inside the condo unit of course. The flat-screen TV in the living room also has a DVD/Blu-ray player.<br /><br />The Kitchen is equipped with a Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Microwave Oven, Gas Stove & Oven, ceiling fan, plus an array of flatware, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, pots, pans, bakeware etc., along with small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, on the lanai or balconies, or on the grounds of the condominium complex. Smoking only permitted in designated areas on the edge of the property.<br /><br />Another important thing to note is that applying or wearing sunblock or suntan lotions or bronzers or other colorants or bleaches inside the condo or on the lanai is not allowed, as these chemicals tend to stain furniture, sheets, or towels, and creates a film on glass.
