Just steps away from parks, beach, restaurants, art and culture. Our Condo is clean with a fully stocked kitchen, front loading washer/dryer, WiFi, and entertainment center with a 58 inch Smart TV. The lanai has tables/chairs with a ceiling light and fan for comfort. Our high ceilings have an open air concept where bedroom walls do not reach the top of the ceilings. Shoji sliding walls make the second bedroom private. We provide beach towels & chairs and free parking for your rental car.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Once you access the condo key from the lockbox, there will be extra keys on the table including the pool gate key as well. Please make sure to put your key back in the lockbox before you leave. Register your vehicle with the QR Code online access on the kitchen table.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Check in/out document will be emailed to guest for access and onsite manager information and more. Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 10:00 am unless otherwise arranged in advanced with approval from owner.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am.
