Unit 441 is a quiet ground level GARDEN VIEW unit with a new A/C. It is located in Kiahuna Plantation Resort in Building 42. This condo has vaulted ceilings and a private lanai overlooking the garden. It provides a comfortable space to call "home" while you’re on Kauai. Unit 441 is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and swimming pool! Additional amenities include membership to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, complementary towels, lawn chairs and beach chairs available to rent, and more.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed to ensure a good night's rest and a 32" inch SMART TV to stream your favorite movies or television series. The bathroom has a double vanity along with a walk in shower. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided. The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests and a 50" SMART TV. The new A/C unit cools the entire condo but its recommended you close all the louvered windows when running the A/C. Or you can open up the louvered windows and enjoy the cooling Kauai trade winds! The full kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. Parking is FREE and is located directly in front of the building.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have access to all of the resort's amenities. Including the pool, hot tub, weight room, fitness courts (basketball, tennis and pickle ball), bar, and restaurant. The resort also offers community BBQs, the closet BBQs are at the east end of the parking lot in front of building 40. There is a on site laundry facility in front of unit 10 available to guests that is a short walk from this unit. Washer and dryer are $3 each, there is detergent available for purchase as well.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am and will be located at Outrigger front desk. This is located near the west entrance to the property. Once you are in the property you will take the first road to the right and the front desk is at the bottom of the road. Once at the front desk you will be provided with a door code, towel cards, and internet password. <br />You will pay a one time cleaning fee of $278 at the time of booking. If you stay more than 7 nights there will be a $35 charge at checkout which includes new towels, linens, trash service, and vacuum. Stays of 11 to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay which will be paid at check out. These fees do not include tax. For stays longer than 14 nights please contact me for additional cleaning fee information.<br /> If you are checking in after 8 PM you will need to let the Outrigger front desk know.
