Hale Manukai, a cozy 1BR getaway features a chef's kitchen & lush tropical garden lanai steps from the ocean in Kailua Kona, Hawaii 🌴<br /><br />You'll find everything you need for a romantic and restful getaway, including a well-stocked kitchen to showcase your cheffy skills, a dedicated workspace (if you must!), beach chairs and umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, an ice chest, beach towels, and so much more for a memorable vacation in paradise!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This mid-century modern condo offers an open floor plan with a ground-floor, private garden lanai perfect for relaxing after a day exploring nearby Kona town, or beyond. <br /><br />Please note the condo provides AC in the bedroom only, plus a variety of fans in the living space for airflow. Traveling guests who enjoy the outdoors (rather than spending days inside) will find the space, amenities, and location very comfortable and enjoyable. <br /><br />POOL CLOSURE August 17 - Sept 7, 2026 : The pool area will be closed for remodeling and resurfacing. <br /><br />Your Stay:<br />The apartment is a getaway retreat for adults only and outfitted with your comfort in mind. Enjoy modern amenities like super-fast WiFi, a new 65" TV, a wine refrigerator, and a well-stocked kitchen to prepare meals. The pool area also features new gas BBQs and shaded tables to enjoy dining, al fresco, with an ocean view and Kona's famous, spectacular sunsets! <br /><br />The bedroom has a new California king bed, luxurious linens, a walk-in closet with vanity, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and AC for warm nights. <br /><br />The ground-floor lanai is a welcoming, lush tropical garden for relaxing with a cup of coffee, or grab a cup of your favorite morning brew and brekky at Green Flash Coffee Cafe, a 2-minute walk! <br /><br />Exploring Kona Village is easy - a short walk, an easy bike ride, or hop the free shuttle into town to access local beaches, historical sites, shopping, and restaurants. Wai’aha Beach is .3 miles from the condo and, for a night on the town just a mile away, the heart of Kona town offers incredible oceanfront entertainment and dining. <br /><br />If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
