The unit boasts a private entrance and tastefully remodeled unit, in the city's safest neighborhood, The Marina.<br /><br />This super-clean modern, well sanitized, 5-star rated AirBnb is perfect for the business traveler, and vacationers.<br /><br />As with many of our previous guests, I'm sure you'll have a great stay and enjoy the many wonderful historical sights close by.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Fantastic location and just a short walk to some of the most amazing points of interest SF has to offer - Presidio (with lots of walking trails), Palace of Fine Arts, shopping/bars/restaurants/cafes, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Crissy Field, GG Bridge, Marina, etc. <br /><br />FREE street parking is available for 3 hour increments M-F 8am-6pm, and unlimited street parking on weekends from Friday 3pm thru Monday 11am. You also have unlimited overnight parking in the neighborhood from 3pm - 11am. Read the parking signs for street cleaning which typically happens every 2 weeks - please note streets have different cleaning days.<br /><br />Regarding security, there are two doors to get into the unit, one from the street to the corridor leading to the unit, and another door into the unit. Both doors are fitted with dead bolts, with the door from the street fitted with a smart-lock. Extra large washer/dryer (free) provided in the unit for your convenience, and detergent provided.<br /><br />Toiletries and towels provided, and the on-demand water system ensures you'll never run out of hot water, if you need a long shower after a full day of sight seeing.<br /><br />This is a very secure and safe unit, and is exceptionally quiet. Our AirBnB is at the rear of the house, away from street noise, with the bedroom looking onto the rear garden. However you'll still find yourself in the heart of it all - two blocks from a couple of streets with excellent bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping : Chestnut Street & Union Street.<br /><br />A 24hr Walgreens is just a block away and an Urgent Care medical facility just two blocks away. Marina Foods (2 blocks away) is a small local SF supermarket with a great variety of local products on offer, including high quality/reasonably priced pre-prepared meals - this is my go to local supermarket.<br /><br />We promote an inclusive environment for guests of race, color, religion, national origin, marital status, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation and others.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have your own private entry from the street, which has a smart lock on it. The lock can opened with the keys provided, or be activated by entering the 4-digit code supplied and hitting the larger red button on the bottom of the keypad. This door opens into a private corridor, which has a touchless hand sanitizer dispenser just insider the door, that leads to the AirBnB unit. There's also a set of keys in the unit if you prefer to use these.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The unit is meticulously cleaned between guests, we provide EPA approved anti-virus spray (Lysol), hand sanitizer at the entry point and Lysol wipes in unit.<br /><br />SF is world famous for its fog, especially during the summer. So please research typical temperatures you'd expect to experience while visiting our wonderful city.<br /><br />Our location is a walkers paradise. The Presidio has many walking trails, safe cycling roads and historic surroundings. I also highly recommend walking or biking to the Golden Gate Bridge, and stopping off at Crissy Field beach, just 10 minutes away.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0006642
