Enjoy all that Napa Valley has to offer!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Luxurious beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with serene lush gardens only a few minutes walking distance from downtown Napa and the Oxbow region where you will find famous restaurants, wine bars, music theaters, coffee shops, antique and specialty shops, The Oxbow Market, the Wine Train, The River Front and the infamous Silverado Trail and you will only be a short drive or bike ride to many wineries. You will hear faintly in the background the charming sounds of the wine train as they depart and return from their lunch and dinner excursions and church bells chiming in the wind. You will feel like you are out in the country but will oh so close to all that Napa has to offer.<br /><br />The Home:<br /><br />You and your whole family will find this elegant but cozy home a perfect place to relax and escape. Breathtaking warm and rich hues will be the first thing you notice as you drive up to our home. Once you step inside, the 1926 historical charm will greet you! The Beautiful front parlor restored to it's original grandeur leads you to the sprawling grand room where the contrast of hardwood floors and white trim pairs expertly with warm abundance of daylight shining through the recession glass windows. Here is where you find The family room, dining room and kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Four Glass French doors open out from the entertainment room onto the beautiful redwood decks and fenced-in backyard with room to soak up the sun or read under the shade of trees, We have many fruit trees to enjoy.<br /><br />Each of the three bedrooms stands out with unique features starting with the Master hosting an Ethan Allen four poster wood bed, an oval shape cut crystal lead glass window and glass French doors opening out to the gardens. Majestic Rod iron beds and Tiffany style lighting with large windows to brighten the other two bedrooms. The bathrooms are just as exquisite as the living space offering an Art Deco master bath with porthole mirrors and marble vanity countertop while a second bathroom boasts travertine. Both bathrooms host double sinks large soaking tubs with tile surround bench seating which makes for a luxurious experience. The third Bathroom is powder room and is just as charming with a pedestal sink, stain glass cabinetry and oversized mirrors.<br /><br />Our entire home was newly renovated bringing it high end modern comforts and at the same time maintaining many of its historical character; a perfect Napa retreat.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You'll have access to the entire house.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />** Once you have completed your booking with Airbnb we will send you a questionnaire that is required for you to complete our booking process. We do not have cable.<br /><br />We include an air mattress for all parties over 6, no extra charge. You also may request an air mattress if your group is 6 or less however there will be a fee ($75) associated. This extra service must be requested and pre-arranged prior to your arrival. For late requests, within 1 week prior to your arrival, there will be an additional $25 service fee added.<br /><br />We do have a pac n play with linens that you may reserve.
