The third small bedroom is perfect for children with a full-size bed, dresser, and bookcase. The fourth bedroom has it's own private entrance and 1/2 bath ensuite. This room has a daybed + trundle. A queen size air mattress is available upon advance request. There are also two living areas with couches. The house is close to 1950 square feet with a beautiful enclosed backyard garden with a gas grill. Amenities include free WiFi, a premium cable TV package, and parking for one car right in front of the house. The house can be set up for children. It is just a mile from BART with easy access to Freeways 101, 280, and several MUNI lines. Drive to Levis' Stadium, Stanford, or UC Berkeley in 30 minutes. Drive to Pier 39 or Fisherman's Wharf in 20 minutes. The house is perfect for a group or a family. Easy street parking for multiple cars. There is no residential parking permit required for this area of Bernal Heights. <br /><br />Bernal Heights itself has numerous excellent restaurants in easy walking distance and we are also close to various playgrounds, tennis courts, and beautiful parks.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Full access to the entire home.
