This house has an upstairs Master Bedroom with a very comfortable Queen sized bed and and a bathroom with a shower. The downstairs has a Full Bed with an attached Bathroom with a claw foot tub. There is a small bedroom off of the living room, with a twin bed. It is in an older part of Sonoma, and just 2 miles from the charming downtown Sonoma Square and just 2 blocks to the Sonoma Mission Inn(AKA The Fairmont).<br /><br />The neighborhood is great for morning walks, or evening strolls with a glass of wine (yes, we do that here in Sonoma :)). I have the best neighbors anyone could ask for, so make sure to say hi if you see them! My front and back porches are wonderful for hanging out, relaxing and dining. It is a wonderful little neighborhood and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have full access to the entire house, front yard and back yard, patio and fire pit. I have a BBQ for grilling and plenty of seats for lounging around. There may (or may not) be guests in the little green cottage in the back; they have their own little deck, but often when folks are here together they find themselves socializing with other guests, but that is entirely up to you. Please make sure you turn out patio lights and unplug fountain each evening. Thank you! :)<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />My home is an oldie but a goodie, here are a few little quirks that if you follow, all will be swell ;)<br />1. If there is a power outage, my On Demand hot water heater needs to be reset. The unit is at the end of the back porch deck on the right hand side. Open the door and unplug the black cord, and plug it back in, Whaa-La! Instant Hot Water back on.<br />2. My water pressure can be weird sometimes, so it is best to not have any other water running when showering, and best to not all be showering at the same time (although that might be fun too-hehe)..<br />3. The fan above the stove is loud when you first turn it on, but it will quiet down within a couple minutes. Please use it when cooking. <br />4. Please turn off patio lights when retiring for the evening.
