Built in 1910, this lovingly restored Edwardian flat is located on a residential street, with many restaurants, shops, and public transportation right outside the front steps. The home has a full kitchen, three bedrooms (king, twin and, twin, and a sofa bed), a living room, and a split bath. <br /><br />The flat is three blocks away from the entrance to Golden Gate Park and steps away from restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It is located in the Inner Sunset, SF's dynamic neighborhood.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />You will have access to 1200 square feet (120m2): a full kitchen, three bedrooms, and a living room. Bathroom has a shower and a vanity/sink, and there is also a separate toilet room (toilet and sink).<br /><br />The kitchen has an island that fits up to 5 to enjoy your meals. Stool seating. <br /><br />The living room has a large sofa and an armchair for you to relax after a day of sightseeing.<br /><br />One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and a TV, and blackout shades.<br /><br />Bedroom 2 has a twin bed and a sofa bed that becomes a full-sized bed, and blackout shades. <br /><br />Bedroom 3 has a twin bed, normal blinds, no blackout shades.<br /><br />We also have many board games and toys to entertain your young ones. However, our home is not suitable for kids under 2. It has staircases without gates.<br /><br />We have downstairs neighbors and ask that you observe quiet hours.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with stool seating for five (snug), a bathroom with a shower and a sink, a separate powder room (toilet + sink), and a comfortable living room with a large sofa and an armchair. Perfect space to relax after a day of exploring SF neighborhoods. <br /><br />This is an upstairs unit in a 2-unit building. We have lovely neighbors who live in the downstairs unit, so respecting quiet hours is essential.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />PLEASE READ: <br /><br />We ask for quiet enjoyment from 10 pm - 8 am and until 9:30 am on the weekends.
