Pay parking next to the building is around 28 USD per night which is cheaper than the hotel parking. Building Management sets the scheduled service dates and times. Usually, one will see a post in the elevator to inform you about it. The choice to be present or not is yours. The manager will be able to access the unit upon giving reasonable notice for the above, and also in case of emergencies or repairs.
