Please note that the Fitness Center and Sauna will be temporarily closed for cleaning and sanitation by our maintenance-utility crew daily from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Aloha, <br /><br />As part of the building's continuous efforts for safety and property improvements, the AOAO Maintenance Department and a contractor will perform their Annual Preventive Maintenance, Cleaning, & Repairs to the building's 6th-floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, & Pool Deck areas. This process will require the TEMPORARY closure of the Pool/Jacuzzi deck (fenced area) starting on Sunday, November 8, 2026, by 9:00 PM. <br /><br />Upon completion, they will re-open on Monday, November 16th, 2026 by 7:00 a.m. (Weather permitting).<br /><br />As part of this important process, the access gate to the Pool/Jacuzzi Deck area will be locked and secured, and ALL of the area’s amenities will not be available for use. They will relocate additional lounge chairs to the open areas of the rec deck to be used by residents and guests during normal operational hours.<br /><br />-----<br /><br />IMPORTANT TO NOTE: <br /><br />We do provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels for guests' use.
